This project aims to develop a system for efficient management of monthly delivery history and attendance data of delivery drivers. Complex settlement logic and custom algorithms for unique cases are implemented, enhancing management efficiency through dashboards and automated settlement report generation.
Developing a robust settlement system involved addressing dynamic and complex scenarios such as contract modifications, group reassignments, and exceptions. We designed custom algorithms that could adapt to these variations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, integrating diverse operational data formats presented a significant challenge, which we overcame by implementing advanced data mapping logic to automatically process and connect input to the database, reducing errors and streamlining operations.
Our process began with planning to identify requirements for unique cases and settlement accuracy. We then designed intuitive dashboards to simplify operations. Development focused on robust data upload, settlement logic, and automation while ensuring scalability. Rigorous testing refined algorithms for diverse scenarios, ensuring reliability.
