Maintaining the existing development stack and component structure posed technical challenges, requiring careful design to ensure compatibility and scalability. Adding multilingual support further expanded the system’s usability, providing global accessibility while ensuring seamless integration with the existing platform.

The project involved analyzing existing web services and APIs, designing the mobile UI, then developing login, self-evaluation, and team member evaluation features, followed by performance-based evaluation and multilingual support.
